Refund Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
Rescheduling:
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated.
Contact Requirement:
Customers must contact Cornwall Silver Studio directly within the above timeframes to cancel or request a reschedule. Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
