These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of this website operated by Cornwall Silver Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a class, using our website, or attending a workshop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

All classes must be booked in advance via our website or approved booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Prices are listed in GBP and include materials unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated.
Customers must contact us directly within these timeframes. Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

3. Jewellery Workshops (General)

Our workshops are beginner-friendly and guided, but outcomes may vary depending on individual designs and time available.
Finished pieces may show natural variations due to the handmade process.
We are not responsible for damage to personal belongings brought into the workshop.
Participants must follow all safety instructions given during the class.

4. Dog Nose Imprinting Classes – Important Terms

For classes involving dogs, the following additional terms apply:

Responsibility & Liability

Owners are fully responsible for their dog at all times during the class.
Owners accept full responsibility and liability for their dog’s behaviour and any interactions with other dogs, people, or property.
Cornwall Silver Studio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by a dog, except where required by law.

Health & Behaviour

Dogs must be healthy, free from contagious illness, and safe to be around other dogs and people in a shared indoor space.
Dogs must be up to date with core vaccinations or have a valid titre test showing protective immunity.
Dogs showing signs of illness, excessive stress, or aggressive behaviour must not attend.

Class Environment

Dog classes are limited to a maximum of 4 dogs in one room.
We reserve the right to remove any dog from the class if their behaviour or health presents a risk to others. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in jewellery workshops and dog-related classes involves inherent risks.
By attending, you voluntarily accept all associated risks for yourself and (where applicable) your dog.

6. Age Requirements

Participants must be 18 years or older to attend classes independently.
Children aged 8 years and over are welcome to attend only when accompanied by a supervising adult aged 18 or over.
The supervising adult must remain with the child for the entire duration of the class and is responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet these age requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, illustrations, and branding remain the property of Cornwall Silver Studio and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Photography & Marketing

We may take photographs or short videos during classes for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform us before the class begins.

9. Website Use

While we aim to keep our website information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free.
We reserve the right to update class details, pricing, and availability at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
